My goal as a health care services provider is to provide quality massage/spa services to enhance the well-being of my clients and to allow them to incorporate massage/spa services into their wellness lifestyle. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations are an inconvenience to myself and other clients. Please be aware of my policy on missed appointments.
I am in independent service provider. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my book that is no longer available to others. In order to be respectful, please call me as soon as you know you can not make an appointment. If cancellation is necessary, please call no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments can be in high demand, and your advanced notice can allow another client to access that appointment time. Your appointment and well-being is important to me. I understand unexpected delays can occur, making cancellations necessary. I understand life events and things happen and am willing to work with clients. I also know I can not run a business with a book of cancelled or no show appointments. Please be respectful of your session time and that of others.
Please note, effective immediately, appointment cancellations made via phone call/voicemail or email up to 24 hours in advance of appointment time will be processed without penalty/fee. It is best to speak in person so that we both know of cancellation. My number does NOT text. Voicemails and emails are time stamped. If we do not speak or I do not get the message about your cancellation, you will be charged for the session.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments made 12-24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of session cost. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled appointment time are considered same day cancellations and will require a payment of 100% of your session cost. You will need to pay your session cost before scheduling another appointment.
If you schedule an appointment for less than 24 hours from your original call, a no show/no call will be subject to 100% session cost. Please do not make an appointment that coincides with a pre-planned medical appointment or other appointment that must be completed before you can attend your session. Car repair, medical appointments, etc. are not always able to be pinned down in time required for completion.
If you are late for an appointment, there will be a $20 late fee charged to your session and it will end at appointed time if there are appointments behind you. If you would prefer to re-schedule instead of losing session time, you may reschedule and will be charged 100% of your session cost. If there are no appointments after you and I wait for you to arrive, a charge of $40 per half hour you are late will be added to your session cost after 15 minutes of waiting and each half hour afterwards.
I am a single therapist. I can only schedule one session at the time. If you are late or do not show, someone is missing out on a session. Please be considerate of others and respectful of your scheduled appointment time. Arriving a few minutes early allows new client intake forms to be completed, discussion of session expectations to be discussed and time for you to change to start your session ON TIME.
In summation:
Late fee - $20.00 and session ends at scheduled time
Cancellations/reschedule 24 hours in advance of session - no cost
Cancellations/reschedule 12-24 hours in advance of session - 50% cost of session
Cancellations/reschedule less than 12 hours in advance of session - 100% cost of session
Same day cancellations/reschedule - 100% cost of session
No show appointments - 100% cost of session
Late arrival if no appointments after you and I wait on you to arrive - $40.00 added to session after 15 minutes and every half hour afterwards

Because of COVID-19 conditions, we as professional massage therapists are following local, state and national guidelines and are utilizing these from the Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy:
Currently, our local hospital has removed the mask mandate if you are vaccinated, so at this point, masks are not required if you are vaccinated. If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid, or are not feeling well, I ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date when you are feeling better. I am still spacing appointments and ask that no visitors accompany guests; this includes children.

**Please note: Appointments are required and making them in advance is the best way to get the time you want to schedule. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify me by calling 601-323-7204 and letting me know. If I am unable to answer, please leave a message. Failure to let me know you are unable to keep an appointment can result in having to prepay for your next booking. **
